COVID-19 Safety Protocols
We realize that we must all be more cautious in this time of COVID-19. We want you to feel assured that we will be taking all precautions to keep you safe.
Catherine Karnow and the staff are fully vaccinated. Participants must provide proof of a negative COVID test that is done not more than 72 hours from the start of the workshop, even if participants are vaccinated.
Workshop protocols will adhere to CDC and regional guidelines, with regard to mask-wearing. It may or may not be necessary at the time to wear masks outdoors.
We will be using sanitizer and social distancing as much as possible as the conditions require at workshop time, adhering to the rules and guidelines in the country where the workshop takes place.
We require all guests to share rooms only with friends and partners they know. We will socially distance ourselves in the classroom and at meals, as necessity dictates, and is practically possible.
Any guest or staff who shows symptoms of COVID-19 will be immediately isolated and will receive medical attention as soon as possible, including testing, as well as a departure from the workshop and quarantine if needed. The workshop itself may need to be terminated.
We suggest that should you decide to take a related trip, you do so after, and not before, the workshop.
