MARCH 8 - 13, 2027
Cost $3460

Limited to 4 guests (first-come, first-served)

Join us for a five-day Food Tour in Battambang, Cambodia!

Battambang, a three-hour drive northwest of Siem Reap has been designated by UNESCO as a creative city of gastronomy. We will have five glorious days of learning and eating. Our hotel is the charming Maisons Wat Kor (Angelina Jolie's favourite.)

Owner Kim Nou is a brilliant chef and will be giving us cooking classes, including showing us how one can eat all the parts of the lotus.

Experiences may include:

  • An in-depth cooking class in Maisons Wat Kor's beautiful garden

  • A visit to the real local market (the one not for tourists)

  • Watching a special local dessert prepared in a family home; their techniques are ancient and astonishing

  • Learning the history, meaning and stories behind Battambang's food specialties
